MSFragger is available freely for academic research, non-commercial or educational purposes under academic license. Other uses require a commercial license after the initial 60-day evaluation period that can be obtained by contacting Drew Bennett (andbenne@umich.edu) at the University of Michigan Office of Tech Transfer. For questions, please contact Prof. Alexey Nesvizhskii (nesvi@med.umich.edu).
I have read the
academic
license
. I understand that this license provides with a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the MSFragger suite of tools solely for academic research, non-commercial or educational purposes within the licensee’s department.
I understand that although the MSFragger suite of tools is distributed as a single JAR file, commercial users are required to obtain a license for MSFragger-Core and, depending on the application, for some or all other algorithms: MSFragger-LOS (localization-aware open search), MSFragger-Glyco, MSFragger-DIA.
If my employer is not an academic institution or a non-profit organization, I will contact the University of Michigan Office of Tech Transfer (Drew Bennett, andbenne@umich.edu) to obtain a commercial license to use the MSFragger suite of tools beyond the initial evaluation period (60 days after obtaining any version of MSFragger JAR file).
I agree to the terms of
Thermo (c) Raw File Reader License Agreement
.
I agree to the terms of
Bruker SDK library distribution conditions
.
I would like to receive emails with updates in the future.
